Enhancing facilities management and optimizing the use of assets professionally using the best technology to provide the infrastructure for education, condusive as well as dynamic learning and research environment to the University
OBJECTIVES
- To ensure 100% customers' satisfaction at a satisfactory level in customer satisfaction survey for a period of one year.
- To ensure 80% of damage complaint are repaired within 3 working days and 20% of damage complaints are solve in 7 working days for a year.
