The Faculty of Applied Sciences, or Fakulti Sains Gunaan (FSG), at Universiti
Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Perak is part of the second phase of UiTM Perak at the
Tapah Campus, which commenced in 2014.

Equipped with two academic buildings featuring 28 classrooms, four lecture halls,
laboratories, and comprehensive facilities, it provides a conducive learning
environment for students. With our experienced and competent faculty members,
we offer an academic program in Diploma in Science (AS120), which includes
three major fields: Biology, Physics, and Chemistry.

At FSG, we focus on scientific fundamentals and the application of scientific
knowledge. FSG has also supported the growth of UiTM by providing students
with opportunities to combine science with other disciplines, including
mathematics and entrepreneurship. We are committed to delivering excellent
teaching, creating a stimulating learning atmosphere, and guiding students on
their academic and career paths.
