1. Manage the maintenance services of the Fire Alarm System like the smoke detector, heat detector, alarm bell, fire alarm panel, and break glass

2. Manage Fire Prevention System maintenance services like the hose reel, sprinkler, fire extinguisher, and hydrant

3. Manage elevator system maintenance services

4. Manage the services of centralized air conditioning system and separate system, VRV

5. Manage water supply services

6. Manage heavy and light vehicle services

7. Manage sewage treatment system services

8. Handling of damage complaints

9. Monitor the delivery of quality services and departmental objectives
