Collaborative Online Document (COD)

Assalamualaikum dan Salam Sejahtera...

The Administration Office has developed a centre for information retrieval by staff of UiTM Perak known as Collaborative Online Document (COD) in line with the new norms during the pandemic Covid 19. COD is a folder in the Google Drive which contains document for references i.e. circulars, forms, infographics and etc. that has been uploaded by Administrative Office with the collaboration of other departments. The initiative to create COD began from the issue raised in the Academic Staff Meeting held at UiTM Tapah on 25 March 2021. UiTM Perak Branch staff has been given access as VIEWER to view the relevant documents in COD beginning September 2021 by using official staff email for security purposes.Feel free to WhatsApp us at 05 374 2004 for any room of improvement.Thank you very much.
