Pre -Higher Education Programme (PPT) was formerly known as the Program Mengubah Destini Anak Bangsa (MDAB). The program is based on the philosophy of the university which believes that an individual is capable of striving to achieve excellence through the transfer of knowledge and the application of noble values.
The main purpose of the PPT programme is to take students who have graduated from Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) who obtained SPM results that do not meet the requirements of UPU. The PPT program is open to B40 and non -B40 so that all of them can continue their studies to a higher level. Students who pass the Pre-Diploma will be absorbed into studies at the Diploma level and open greater opportunities for them to continue their studies at the Bachelor Degree, Master Degree and Doctor of Philosophy.
