1. Prepares contractual agreements

2. Manages and prepares rental bills to tenants

3. Prepares utility bills for each rental space on a monthly basis

4. Maintains deposits and bill registers for each rental space

5. Manages filing of documents

6. Ensures all outstanding rentals and utilities are collected within the stipulated time

7. Prepares outstanding revenue reports on a monthly basis

8. Ensures payment of security deposits for expired contracts/fulfilled contracts is completed within the stipulated time
