1. Prepares Annual Financial Statements

2. Prepares quarterly interim financial statements

3. Prepares bank reconciliation for each fund group

4. Prepares bank reconciliation reports on a monthly basis

5. Prepares journal vouchers, cash journals and necessary adjustments

6. Maintains inter-branch and inter-fund records

7. Prepares registers for the required account codes

8. Responds to audit queries within the required time
