VISION

  • To establish Bursary's Office, UiTM Perak Branch as an exemplary segment in managing and executing academic activities based on excellence to cultivate globally competitive and ethical graduates.
  • UiTM is a leading university based on academic excellence and excellence to spearhead Bumiputera dynamism in all areas of world-class professionals to produce competitive, global and ethical graduates.

MISSION

  • To provide professional services to the programmes offered by UiTM Perak Branch in order to cultivate generation of professional Bumiputera who are knowledgeable, innovative, determined, pious and competitive based upon moral values and professional ethics while spearheading the development of the country.
  • Enhance Bumiputera knowledge and expertise in all areas through the delivery of professional programmes, research and community service based on the values and ethics of professionalism.

INTRODUCTION

Bursar’s Office is one of the divisions in UiTM (Perak). Bursar’s Office offers its services to ensure that the financial resources are well managed through streamlined and effective governance structures and processes in supporting UiTM’s aspiration to become a leading university.

CUSTOMERS CHARTER

OBJECTIVES

  1. To perform the best financial management practices to obtain the certificate of Clean Audit.
  2. To improve our customers’ perception and satisfaction by adhering to the Customer Charter and stipulated rules and regulations.
  3. To promote a culture of continuous improvement among the staff by ensuring staff involvement in at least one project or quality initiative per year.
  4. To achieve 100% utilization of information and communication technology (ICT) for all our financial management system operations.
